I’ve always had this burning desire to dive into property investment but never had the courage to act. When I finally did act, I had no clue where to begin. 

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by renovating properties, and that passion is still very strong today. After 10 years of helping renovate other people’s properties it was time to take a look at the investment side of things putting my existing knowledge to use. But when it came to actually entering the industry, I wanted to do things differently. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t follow the crowd and craves that sense of standing out and being unique.

So, here’s the deal: After an uphill struggle and extremely stressful experience I gained some profits from my adventures in cryptocurrency. It then hit me like a tonne of bricks. I should have diversified my portfolio or at least have had a plan to invest more strategically much earlier. I had locked up my cash in some seriously high risk and volatile investments and had no plan or exit strategy in place. Not to mention the rollercoaster of emotions that came along with it. One week you are up on top of the world and the next week you are back to where you started.

That’s when I decided to go all-in on educating myself about property investment. I uncovered a goldmine!  There are so many unheard-of strategies out there that can be tailor-made to fit your goals. When I started seeing these strategies work first hand, I knew I had found my calling. After building a team of likeminded professionals I wanted to share my knowledge and help others do the same. I’m not perfect and I’ve stumbled along the way making my fair share of mistakes, but in my opinion, this is truly how you begin to grow. It’s all about adapting and figuring out what the industry needs and being totally transparent, this is what I think a lot of property companies need these days.

Our typical customer is just like me a few years ago. They have been involved in the crypto currency investment world and have decided its time to diversify using property as a second investment. We are here to solve the problem I faced. That nail biting feeling of waiting and hoping, like a coin toss in a wild gamble. Will I make profit? Or will I lose everything?
